Chef Pascal Badaoui was trained at the Lycée Hôtelier, a culinary school in Toulouse, France. As part of that training, Pascal held positions at “5 Star” restaurants in Paris, California and Spain.
Prior to joining the Keefer Mansion in 2006, Pascal served as the Executive Chef at the Domain of Killien in Haliburton Ontario. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Pascal takes his inspiration from well-known international chefs , taking classical dishes and adding a new age “twist”. |
| Plan to join Pascal and his team as they deliver quality service and exceptional fare, in an environment that echoes the privileged life of early Canada. |
